Follow these 4 simple steps when submitting your media:

1. Request for Data Recovery

Once the form has been submitted, take down the JOB REQUEST ID generated. Print out a copy of the request form for your future reference.

Attach a of the request form to the data media, along with the following contact details:

• Name of User
• Contact No.
• Fax No.
• Email Address
• Correspondence Address
  


2. Deliver your Data Media

Whatever data media you are sending in, prepare it properly before sending the media to us. (packing tips)
